Deciding between 2 laptops

I'm having trouble deciding between two laptops:

I'm getting one of these laptops for college, and I'll be doing programming, CAD, and some light gaming on it. I understand the difference in all the specs except the i5 vs i7- is the 1920x1080 screen resolution over 1366x768 at the at the cost of having an i5 vs i7? I like the higher resolution, but want the laptop to last 4 years as well. What would you guys do?

It's a tough choice,if the first one had a 1080p screen,I would have recommended it because of having a faster CPU.
Go with Sager NP5160 instead http/www.xoticpc.com/sager-np5160-clevo-w150hn-p-2999.html
It's better than either of those(It's got 540M which is fine for light gaming)
