Deciding between these 2

Hello! In a past post I said that Recently, I have been searching on the Internet and in stores for a new laptop that I need for my work.
I want to use these programs together with varied gaming (light to heavy games)

-3ds Max (modeling and rendering)
-Unreal Engine (Design and programming of video games).
-Any photoshop
-Small video editing

After browsing the stores and stores, my options are reduced to 2 other finalists.

Both have the same price in store.
NOTE: I could not improve any component in the near future

Hp omen:
I7-8750H
1060 GTX
8GB of RAM
Does not have SSD
1 TB HDD

and

Lenovo Legion Y720
I7-7700HQ
1060 GTX
16GB of RAM
128 GB SSD
1 TB HDD

Between these two, I would definitely go with the Lenovo Legion; the only thing it lacks compared to the HP Omen is an 8th gen processor (which supposedly give 30% better performance than the 7th gen), but since it is coupled with only an HDD, it won't be anywhere near as fast as the Lenovo. Plus, having double the RAM will really be noticeable when you do video editing, etc.
