dedicated video memory is n/a

My dedicated video memory is showing n/a and it is not supporting any game like vice city or any other. Please help me with that

its a lenovo g50 45 with amd a8 processor and 8 gb of ram and 1 tb of hdd and it has vga graphic adaptor
and amd radeon r5 graphics

As well please make sure to select the Radeon R5 graphics as your display adaptor before starting the game.
