Deleteing pics

Hello,
how do i delete pics off of my camera

Are the pics stored on internal memory or an SD card? Please give more information about your camera (Canon, Sony, etc. and the model) to make finding an answer easier. There should be something in one of the menus that will allow you to delete pics.
