Dell 14R BSODs

Recently, my laptop randomly show BSODs only at starup, when in the middle of load services and other stuff.

All ready checked the event log and mainly the problem is due to Memport and IOport, but also some intel drivers like the Centrino (Wireless + Bluetooth driver) and recently the graphics driver.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit on a LiteOn SSD, it has about 2 months only and don't have physical issues according to tests. All the stuff related to keep the SSD living for longer is enabled or disabled respectively.

Haven't checked the RAM, yet.

Any suggestions?

Gonna try repairing windows, when i find a disk.
