Question dell 3521 completely dead

hello everyone

a dell laptop model 3521 is completely dead,it was working perfectly until today when i tried to switvhed it on its not turning on

can someone help me?

i have tried removing the battery press the power key for 30 sec still not working

tried a new battery also still not working

Sounds like next option is trying another motherboard.

A dell laptop model inspiron 15 3000 series is dead only the led light is switching and then it switches off it goes like this for a least 5 minutes and then the led light stop


what can cause this problem?

I suggest you take it to a local tech and have it looked at. Unless it is under warranty, then contact the manufacturer.
