The GPU is part of the motherboard, i.e it's soldered onto the motherboard:
^ top left hand corner with the thermal pads surrounding the GPU chip.
So the answer is no...unless they make an identical motherboard with the same specs, processor wise, but with a different GPU onboard, which I doubt would be the case.
Could you pass on the SKU for your Dell Inpiron 15 7559?
