Solved! Dell computer not starting

I just removed the RAM from my Dell laptop, and put it right back in, and now the laptop will not start. When I turn it on, the screen is blank, and I hear the fan turn on, but in 10 seconds everything turns off again. What can I do to fix this?

You might have shorted the computer by incorrectly removing the RAM... Make sure the RAM is correctly inserted.
Never put you bare hands on a electrical component without being grounded properly. Or without unplugging the electrical source...
