Dell D630 Windows XP

I currently have 3 gigs of ram installed out of a possible 8 gigs of ram on my laptop, I have a Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T7250 @ 2.00GHZ. I was wondering how much I could upgrade it to be max, CPU and Graphics and anything else, I will be putting Windows 7 Ultimate on it once I upgrade everything.

If you have 3 gigs of ram and plan on staying with XP Don't upgrade. No point. XP will see 3.25 Max. If it was Windows Vista or 7 32 bit it would see 3.75 at least, but either way no point. Unless you plan on putting a 64 Bit OS on there Don't bother.
