Dell Inspiron 13 Missing OS

I own a Dell Inspiron 13. I used to run Elementary OS, but recently I installed OpenSuse OS. And now nothing seems to be working. Laptop keeps on saying Missing OS.
I tried installing Ubuntu & Fedora. But I am getting stuck on their loading page. With an error unknown hardware.

How old is your laptop? What's the exact model? How do you install Linux on it - USB, DVD?
