Dell Inspiron 15.6" Laptop NO SOUND

for some reason my new lap top can't project any sound. i tried with a few headsets and just trough the speaker and it wont play any sound.

I already checked device manager and my audio manager to make sure everything was good and still no sound.

Anyone know why?

It's not muted? Has this ever worked? Check for drivers on Dell's support site for audio see if there is an update.
Onboard speakers also not working or is the issue only though the headphone jack?

drive rs are good, its not muted and its all sound headphone or speaker

Could just be broken, contact Dell support since the thing is new.
