Dell Inspiron 1525 help please

Laptop was acting up so I did a factory reset without the CD (can't find them)) now when turning on it just shows the Dell black screen and keeps repeating the same screen over and over flashing the lock with number 9 above the F6 please someone help I need it up and running ASAP thank u so much

First, get a CD with Windows XP or Vista 32 . Insert and install it in your laptop.

Then install the drivers and the programs,

Hi

Run a hard drive test in DOS... HIRENS BOOT CD etc, it sounds like a failing hard drive... do NOT do this if you have an SSD...
