Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron dest top​ 2 beep and black screen no reboot.... need help...thanks

2 beeps is probably a RAM issue, either with the sticks or the slots on the motherboard. Reseat the RAM, if that does not work, replace it with known good RAM. If that does not work, likely need a new motherboard.
