i charged my laptop fully in night then i turn it off and when i wake in the morning my laptop batteries completely dead ..
after shutting it down when i plugged in usb cable to my phone still it is charging
what can be the causes of it

That's a Windows 98 era laptop, try a new charger and/or a new battery. If that does not help may be the charging circuit or plug is bad. Seeing how for about $100 you can get a much newer much faster and working used laptop there is really no need to buy anything for it. Copy our your data, replace the thing.
