Dell Inspiron 7559 getting too hot

Hi guys,
Bought a new laptop last week, Dell i7559, nvidia 960M, 8gb ram all that good stuff.
When I play MMORPG games like Elder scrolls online, the laptop gets so hot to the point that my fingers burn when I touch the top (metallic) speakers. The top centre buttons (from the number 5 key to the number 9 key) get very hot also.

It's hot whether I play on low settings or Ultra high settings. At high settings, speedfan shows my core temps to be around 60 degrees celsius.

There is no dust considering it's new, the 2 fans work and the areas around these fans are cool as ice, however at the centre of the laptop where there are no fans is where it gets hot!

What should I do?

No, but I have a cooling pad under it with 5 fans.

Yesterday, with the cooling pad at max speed, the laptop was getting so hot that the laptop fans were whirling like crazy. Had to close it down because the noise was unbearable.
