dell inspiron adapter problem

i ve got a problem with my dell charger , its not working

Did you wiggle the cable to see if the light would come on your system? Most Inspirons have a indicator that comes on when the charger is hooked up. The good news if the charger is shot replacements are a dime a dozen and dell chargers are always the same connector size and voltage if you couldn't find the exact replacement.

Nobody repairs them.... replace it... with the SAME PA number (black sticker on charger and bottom of laptop)

I was talking about the power jack on the laptop not the charger. Common problem on used laptops.
