Dell inspiron vs dell lattitude d610

Hello, are the parts interchangeable between an inspiron and a lattitude. I need a new display on a lattitude d610?

If the models look similar and the screen is the same size/res it might work. Bear in mind Dell probably buy their range from (perhaps several) outside manufacturers.
