Dell Laptop Help

Hi could anyone help me with my Dell Inspiron 3421 ? I have no power at all & couldn't start the laptop. The only light available is battery (white light ) after i plug-in the charger.

thanx for reply my thread. The laptop doesn't start-up with charger or without.
