Solved! Dell laptop keyboard numbers five & six not working

The numbers five and six on the keyboard of my Dell Inspiron (one five two five) laptop are not working. Request help.

A computer shop can replace the keyboard for you, though for now you can bring up the Windows on-screen keyboard to select numbers 5 or 6 if needed. Look under All Programs > Accessories

Thanks. The on-screen keyboard serves the purpose. I shall get the keyboard replaced by a computer shop.
