Dell Laptop Motherborad Replacement

I have a Dell Inspiron 15r n5110 laptop. I have to replace the motherboard because mine is damaged. A friend of mine is selling me a motherboard at a really good price. But the model of my motherboard is P/N 0VVN1W and the model of my friend's motherboard is P/N 07PC4R. They look alike, but I don't want to buy it to realize that it doesn't work for my laptop. Is there any way to check if both motherboards are the same? Or maybe check if the one he's selling me works for my computer.
