dell laptop N5110 not open

Solution

Hello ATHIBAN ANBU,

My name is Shrikanth and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell.
You would have to disable NIC from BIOS (System setup):

Restart the system and keep tapping 'F2' as soon as the Dell logo appears.
Go to 'Advanced' and make sure 'Integrated NIC' is disabled.
In case it is set as 'Enabled', change it to 'Disabled'.
Press 'F10' to save the changes.
Restart the system and see if it works fine.

Also, check if the hard drive is getting detected in BIOS:
Go to BIOS screen.
Go to 'Main' and check if the hard drive is getting detected in front of 'Fixed HDD'.
Also please do run the diagnostics on your system...
