Dell Latitude 7470 - LivePerson Chat Interface appearing very small

Hi, I have a Dell Latitude 7470, and I have to run LivePerson chat on it. The chat interface is hopelessly small on this laptop model. It's not a problem with other models in the office.
I have tried changing the overall computer resolution, but it hardly helps. The fonts remain inhumanly small. Any solutions?

Higher resolution laptops can have issues with poorly coded programs that don't scale with resolution well.

Try changing the size and text scaling to 125% or even 150% see if that helps. It is under Adjust Resolution, Make text and other items larger or smaller.

You can also try changing the custom text size scale and see if that helps.

@hang-the-9 - Thank you for your answer. However, that does not help either. I have tried all basic resolution-related solutions already.
