Dell Lattitude 5550 F key lock disable script

Hello, I have about 40 Dell Lattitude 5550's in use by nurses.
They are constantly locking the F keys.
Is there a script out there that I can push to disable the function key lock.

I'm not sure if these suggestion will help. This support page is from HP but it tackles the BIOS screen not inside Windows that most all laptop has.
