Dell n5110 i7 2670QM overheating

What is the normal idling temperature of a Dell n5110 15" laptop? With nothing but Chrome and a web browser running I am running at 60 degrees C and when gaming it spikes to 95-100 degrees. Is this a normal temperature for this notebook?

All types of computers and laptops have the exhaust system heat generated by the processor. it is very important that the processor is always running normally. If the cooling system is not working well, then heat the processor can reach a critical point (over heating). consequently laptop or computer will hang and die suddenly ....

I will show you how solve the overheating laptop. Open shut down the laptop casing. For the cooler parts of the lid. after that remove the fan by opening the bolt and unplug the fan power cable. Construction usually separate the fan and heatsink. It means that the fan can be removed directly from the heatsink. Do not remove the heatsink attached to the processor, because the processor and heatsink were so hot the processor thermal paste properly channeled to the heatsink. If you do not have thermal paste replacement, it will be a problem.

see the lattice exhaust air at the edge of the casing. Usually accumulate dirt and dust in there thus clogging the radiator grille. Clean the parts carefully. Use a soft old toothbrush. When cleaning is better exposed in such a way on a fan to keep dust and dirt blown straight and will not go to other parts of the casing. Do not forget to clean the fan as well.

After all clean, replace all properly, then try turn on your laptop..... hope it's help and sorry for my bad English.

Before I start, this is a N5010 i7 but same overheating issues
My N5110 I toasted, before realizing this was a major issue with these Inspirons, maybe just the CPU needs replacing ?
Replaced the motherboard .
Anyway after cleaning out the fan and redoing the two heatsinks for CPU and GPU ....
Almost unbelievable , a 30 degree drop in overall temperatures
now the cpu is sitting on idle at 48 degrees , before 65 or more
now under 100% load , sitting on 65 degrees now, before it rising to 98 degrees and shutting down.

I used Deep Cool Thermal Grease Z3.
