Dell Optiplex i7 5000 VS i7 7000

What's the difference between:
Dell Optiplex i7 5000 or i7 7000??

Both have:
12th gen 16gb ddr4
SSD 512gb class 35
Intel integrated graphics card
Windows 11 pro
3 yr on site tech support

I'm so confused about what the difference is!
Is the 7000 worth the extra money?
