Hi, I'm Australian. I'm actually here to see which laptop I should buy the Inspiron 14 7000 (7490) or Inspiron 15 5000 (5593). Inspiron 14 is $2500 (AU) and is on sale for 1450 dollars. Inspiron 15 is $1700 (AU) and is on sale for 1189 dollars. The first one has an Intel i7 10510u while the second one has an Intel i7 1065G7. They are both similiar to my knowledge except that the first one has UHD Intel graphics, 8gb, 2133 Mhz, 512gb SSD, 14 inch screen, 22 WiFi, Type C 65 Watt Ac adapter and a 4 cell 52 Whr battery. The second laptop has a NVIDIA® GeForce® MX230 with 4GB GDDR5 graphic memory, 8gb 2666 Mhz memory, 256gb Sdd, 15.6 inch screen, WiFi 11, 65 Wa AC adapter and a 3 cell 42 Whr battery.

I plan to mainly use it for game development, however, I am aware that the first laptop has a terrible graphics card and that it's also 260 dollars more expensive which I predict is probably from the 512 Sdd compared to the 256 sdd. However, I'm torn by the factor of the second one having a 1*1 WIFI and although I suggested a reason for the price difference of the two laptops, I am still confused about the base price. The base price of the first one is 2500 dollars and the other is 1700. That's a 800 dollar difference... What sort of thing am I missing out if I buy the Inspiron 15?

Thanks, here are the links for reference

I'm actually torn between these EXACT two laptops! The 15 5000 I'm looking at has 16GB Ram and 512 SSD with 10th gen i7, while the 14 7000 has 8GB Ram and 256 SSD. Not to mention, the 15 is using Intel Iris whereas the 14 is using Intel UHD. I can't quite figure out why the 14 is so much more $$ either?!?
