I have a Dell Precision 3520 laptop with an internal battery. I left my laptop on my desk, not plugged in and did not touch it - leaving it to essentially drain the battery. I had an emergency, so I never plugged it in.
This morning, I went to turn on the laptop and nothing is happening. It's unresponsive. I plugged my adaptor in and the first odd thing I noticed happened - The power button light turned on. Nothing else happened - it just shows the power button lit up like it's on.
I attempted to turn on again, no luck. I also tried holding the power button for 30-60 seconds with the adaptor plugged in and with the adaptor not plugged in.
I really am hoping to fix this without my computer losing everything, because I have a picture we need for a funeral and unfortunately it's on there.
Thank you for any help.
