Dell Studio 1557 upgrading.

hi guys.
i have a dell studio 1557,and i want to upgrade it so i can get a little more fps in games.
here are the specs:
intel core i7 q720 @ 1.60ghz
memory:4 gb
video card:ati mobility radeon hd 4570
what is the best upgrade option?
i considered buying this,'cause the graphic card is not upgradable.

You cannot upgrade the processor or the video.

You could upgrade the RAM. However, it's unlikely that your using all of the 4GB while gaming. Unless your maxing out 4GB, it would pointless.
