Dell Vostro no power

Vostro 1400, Will not power up.Battery Good and will boot up if using a charged battery from another source. Charger light goes out when connected.

Sounds like the internal PSU is shot. If it is under warranty, send it in. If not, well, let's say it is a pain to replace a PSU on a laptop.
