dell vs hp confusion

i have confusion between dell inspiron 3000series 3162 and hp pavillion s003tu....which one will be better?can anyone help out please?

Wow those are both really, really low end... terrible devices.
Celeron processors with 2GB of RAM...
The Dell doesn't even have a hard drive...

Most Cellphones are more powerful than these notebooks. Would not suggest buying either of these.
