Hello,
Really stumped tonight - not able to hear anything and the sound buttons all have the sound up but not coloured in green....if you know what I mean? Have got headphones in at mo - still nothing. Please help?

no I don't know what you mean. I know on my Aunt's dell laptop when I plug in headphones or a microphone, the sound card manager (I forget the name) pops up and asks what device I just plugged in. If I don't select a device then it doesn't function.

Also it'll probably help if you listed the laptop model # and if you always had this issue or if it just started to occur.

Hi, have you configured it before just reinstall the driver.
