Question Dell XPS 15 9560 battery suddenly drops from 70% to 6%

So my laptop's battery level suddenly dropped from ~70% to 6%. This is a replacement battery ordered from ebay, I've already contacted the seller. They assured me that they tested the battery before shipment. This is not from a no name just registered seller, the product has a 5 star rating. What can I do to solve this? My guess is that my laptop doesn't track the battery percentage correctly.

Any suggestions?

return it and get an oem battery

Anything else I could do besides returning? OEM batteries are out of question, Dell is not selling them separately. If I had the chance I would have purchased it from them.
