C caldernet Commendable Jan 14, 2017 1 0 1,510 Jan 14, 2017 #1 Don't ask how, but a piece of stick deterrent got into the charging hole of a laptop and now (surprise) the computer doesn't charge. An attempt has been made to scrape it out with a toothpick or something.. Any ideas? Thanks.

Solution Ecky Jan 14, 2017 Rubbing alcohol on a q-tip. May need to take the laptop apart. EDIT: This probably doesn't belong in the CPUs section.
