Desktop Mouse frozen in the middle of the screen

I have Windows 7 desktop PC ,I was installing quick heal security.suddentnly the power gone and system was shut down. After opening the mouse pointer is stucked in the middle , I have tried all the options of restarting ,running safe mode but it didn't work..

try another mouse? try booting into safe mode?
