desperate help needed for phone

My Samsung Galaxy Y will no longer let me down load ANY apps (free or not) this is not due to insufficient storage as it says: error receiving information from server. [RPC:S-7:AEC -7 3OVA-EACK-GAOIE].

Call them, email them, tweet them do everything you can!
