I thought that they were the same because all the forums that I frequent their names are used interchangeably ! NZow I'm assuming that a netbook is a scaled down version of a laptop that is specifically made for internet usage?

That's right a Netbook is a scaled version of a laptop for internet use.

Yes as i said Notebook=Laptop but netbook is the scaled version of a laptop as Ashmista said 😀
