Difference between these two laptops?

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two laptops?

Actually I'm asking because I got the Dell but I'm looking at the Asus which seems to be better in everything, better cpu, better gpu, larger screen size... AND it is cheaper. Is there something I'm missing here, is the Asus just a poorer build quality than the Dell, also on any other site the Asus Rog is at least $900 so I'm not sure if the one listed here is missing something?

I'd jump on the Asus for that price. Is it available at a store near you?
