Solved! Digital audio out (optical)

Hello,

I’m looking to connect my BeatsSolo3 headphones to my older Samsung TV. It is not Bluetooth. Any recommendations on what would be the best method? Samsung told me to purchase a Bluetooth digital audio out (optical) unit to solve my issue. Sorry I’m new to all this.

You may need to turn the optical output on, turn the TV speakers off, and change the audio output to PCM stereo in the TV menu. Check the manual for details.
