Question Digital camera memory card!!!!!!!!!! HELP

Hello, i need help on unlocking my memory card for my canon camera but when i slid on to the opposite side thn it still doesnt work please help me what do i do???

first click on the switch on the side of the card, put the card in the computer, when you can access the card, right click on it and at the bottom of the tool box uncheck all the boxes, especially the one that says read only
