Direct tv genie 2 locations-one account

Hello,
I have a directtv account in my name at my Mom's house. We have 3 tvs set up and we have the genie. I am getting my own apartment 10 miles away and the apartments are pre-wired with DTV (through Century Link) Can I move my tv with the mini receiver box over to the apartments and get access to directtv with the same account?

How do I get it set up if the satellite is on the roof and what cords do I need to set it up?

The mini receiver is directly connected (via splitter) to the genie and the genie streams movies to the mini receiver. Moving the mini receiver to your apartment will accomplish nothing.

Contact DirectTV and see if there is a way to do this, otherwise you may need a device like a slingbox to remotely view your shows.

I beleive that DirectTV also allows you to watch shows on your computer if you download their app. I know I can watch directv on my tablet using their app.
