My VOOM receiver tunes OTA HD, as does everybody else's. Even if the
satellite goes away I'll still be able to use it for OTA HD. Granted, it
will not currently scan for OTA channels so I am limited to this area, but
the ability to scan is on the list of things that VOOM is planning to
implement.
