disable error on my laptop

Help guys, I've forgotten the password to my hp pavilion dv2000, and my system have been disabled for trying too many password. My laptop shows "system disabled 14913". The operating system is window vista. Thanks

Sorry, no help here with forgotten passwords. Would be a violation of forum rules.

You'll have to contact HP and buck up the cash it will cost to have them validate the computer as you have the right to own it then they can lead you thru password resets.

Even technical ways of getting in could be too exhausting to explain, but per forum rules on top of that, I'm afraid you'll either have to take it to a technician to have them help you, or see if HP can help you.
