Disable safe sleep?

How do I disable automatic safe sleep on MacOS?
I read somewhere that writing and rewriting on an SSD will wear it out slowly. And I leave my laptop on all day (not all night) and sometimes I leave it long enough to hibernate.

The exact procedure maybe version dependent. Google your OS version and DISABLE HIBERNATE.
