Disable smartphone camera

I would like to disable my smartphone camera and have the apps use the feed from my laptop cam.

I don't think it works that way? Mobile apps with camera functions are designed to use the phone's camera. There might be some specialized apps that allow you to stream a feed over wifi from another source, but I'm pretty sure what you're describing would require various hardware workarounds that involve taking the phone apart, swapping connections and having it hooked up to the laptop directly. If there's a software workaround, I'm not familiar with it. Sorry.
