Solved! Disabling gtx1070 to run on integrated graphics to save battery

recently i bought a HP omen 15

GPU: gtx 1070 Max-Q
CPU: i7-8750H
Battery: 70Wh
Display: 1920x1080 G sync 144hz

i have been able to run it for 4 to 4 and half hrs on normal use but i need more time than that.
Is it possible to disable the GPU and run the system on integrated graphics while i am studying and switch to the GPU while gaming to save battery power?

How much longer do you need to run it?

The GPU is not on while not gaming and will not use battery time therefore. The battery is even on idle in about 5hours empty.
