Display has pink pixels

For months I have had pink pixels or possible dead pixels on my laptop screen and I don't know why. I have replaced the screen and that did not work, and when I plug it into my 1080p TV, witch is my laptops native resolution, the pink pixels are no longer there. they are also there when I am in the bios. So I would really like help trying to figure this out.

as not on happening on the tv then is not the videocard itself but might be the video cable from motherboard to the screen as both old & new screens have that issue.

so I got the cable and it didn't work. let me reexplain the problem a little better. There is almost like a haze over the screen, like there are green, pink and maybe some other colors.
