My friend is experiencing a DLL error, the name is OvciqdevRabw.dll. From what I heard from him, he said that the computer is unable to read it. what should he do? thanks in advance!

Sounds like a randome file name that a virus would use. Find the registery reference to this and delete it. I'm guessing this happened after he got a virus?
