Solved! Do Bose repair headphones?

I can’t find information anywhere on repairs.

I broke the right ear cup on my QC35 II by stepping on it (I know, I’m an idiot). The sound still works but the attachment is broken which means it doesn’t properly go over my ear.

I guess it could be soldered but do Bose do any kind of repair program? I got a guy in a random shop to fix it but he just glued it and it came apart again.

lol. maybe you should look at better headphones.

I love AKG headphones, Studio Monitors, they actually use these in studios, replaceable ear cups, etc...

I purchased a set of Bose headphones some years ago with the "lifetime warranty". It's bullshit.

Basically, what they offered me was 30% coupon to purchase a new set of headphones. They didn't offer to replace, they didn't offer to fix. All that was wrong with mine were the ear foam bits had come apart out of the leather.

Stepping on yours probably isn't covered under warranty, but assuming they have any parts for them and they are something that can actually be taken back apart, you never know.

I buy cheap headphones now, with good sound. I ain't fallin for that again.

This is achieved by using revolutionary flat-wire voice coils and a patented Varimotion two-layer diaphragm. A totally open design and a high-performance cable complete these reference headphones. The K702's comfortable, specially shaped 3D-foam ear pads and a genuine-leather headband ensure a perfect fit. They provide a professional mini XLR connector for quick replacement of the cable. The K702s are individually tested and serial-numbered."

it's true. love them. you can wear for hours with no pain or discomfort. so comfortable and light.

you would probably love those too, they have closed back for 500 but the soundstage is affected.... so, everyone can year you with open headphones and when you crank the K702 set of cans, wow, it gets really big sounding fast and everyone hates you... lol

choose your set, covered back or open

i had to get a set of audio-technica's for work, closed, m50x
