Do I have enough Storage?

I have a Macbook Air and have 121 GB I have a lot of pictures ,surf, pay bills, play a few games, nothing serious..Do I need more storage

No, you won't need any more. Not that you can do anything about it. If you're worried, put your pictures on the cloud.

Try google drive. I believe you can store (any amount of) images smaller than 2048x2048 for free.

Thank you but how big is 2048 x2048? Sorry is that a regular size photo?

Pretty big photo, 3 or 4 megapixels, you can see the resolution of a photo in Photoshop, or in your camera settings
