Do i need the Realtek HD audio driver?

Hey everybody i lately bought myself a new headset, the gamescom 780 by Plantronics and it comes with its own driver. so id like to ask if i still need my Realtek driver as i think its conflicting with this driver when outputting audio

Have you checked the sound setting in the control panel?
